i know why, the reason it doesn't work on turbowarp is for the code thingy.
if you have played parasprunki you problably know the code button that lets you put codes and you get achievements right?
well if you go to the parasprunki coding you see it only contains some Codes that ONLY cocrea has.
the achievement thing is something special from Cocrea.
so i guess if you want to port it to turbowarp, then you gotta delete everything related to codes
